2. Products & pricing
We sell natural and organic food, wellness and pantry products. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display products, prices and availability accurately, but errors may occur; where we discover an error we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we send an order-confirmation email and the order status changes to “Confirmed”. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Payments
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments (UPI, cards and net-banking) via our payment partner Razorpay. Card and banking details are handled securely by the payment gateway and are never stored on our servers.
5. Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the website lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems. Accounts are personal to you; keep your login credentials confidential.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, logos and design — belongs to One Naturals Private Limited or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
