This policy explains how and when we deliver One Naturals orders.
Where we deliver
We deliver across India to serviceable pincodes. You can check serviceability using the “Deliver to” box on any product page.
Delivery time
- Metro cities: typically 2–3 business days.
- Other serviceable areas: typically 4–6 business days.
- Perishables may be dispatched on specific days to ensure freshness.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, weather or events beyond our control.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on all orders across India. Any applicable charges, if introduced in future, will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the courier and tracking (AWB) number. You can also track status any time from Account → Orders.
Failed or delayed delivery
Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will attempt redelivery. For persistent issues, contact support@onenaturals.in.
